This coming-of-age story is unlike anything you’ve ever seen before, yet it carries a universal message we can all relate to! We had the pleasure of speaking with the writer and director of this production, Katie Della Mora, along with Mo Thomas, who plays Pip in But They’re Shrimp!!!

What began with a lot of shrimp-related jokes and the wish to see a shrimp ballet turned into a story that poses some important questions about life.
