That idea is at the heart of Women+ on the Edge of Democracy, a project that brings together writers and artists to explore the complicated realities facing women and marginalized voices in an increasingly fractured world. Among those contributing to this important artistic conversation is playwright Susan Miller, whose work has long shown theater’s ability to turn larger social questions into deeply personal stories.
